We Collect and Transport waste is packed, labeled and loaded to the designed waste vehicle from client site on a schedule that us mutually and by Golden Gate and client. All trucks are regularly serviced and maintained for quality service.
We keep container tightly closed. Eating, drinking and smoking is prohibited in areas where this material is handled, stored and processed. After handling the material, Workers should wash hands and face before eating, drinking and smoking. Always comply with health and safety regulations.
We store in original container. Observe label precaution. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from incompatible materials and ignition sources. Keep away from oxidizing agents, strong alkaline and acids. No smoking containers which have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
Golden Gate will start to shift the waste for the storage area to the incinerator area, Once the temperature reaches the limit which is 800c, Golden Gate specialist staff will start feeding the incinerator manually.
After the incinerator process is done, non-hazard ash will disposed in the land fill as per the regulation of the emirate, Gas Temperature reduction frequently involving heat recovery via steam generation, Treatment of the cooled gas to remove air pollutants, and disposal of residuals from this treatment process, Dispersion of the treated gas to the atmosphere through induced-draft fan and stack.
The Venturi system has been designed to completely neutralize any by product left over after the medical waste has been processed through the primary and secondary chamber. The system utilizes water to neutralize the hot waste gas before releasing it safety into the environment.
